How to return an item
- Email us with your order number to request a return.
- We confirm and send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
Return conditions
- Δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης 14 ημερών. Σύμφωνα με τη νομοθεσία της ΕΕ, μπορείτε να ακυρώσετε την παραγγελία σας εντός 14 ημερών από την παραλαβή, χωρίς αιτιολόγηση.
- Το προϊόν πρέπει να είναι αχρησιμοποίητο και στην αρχική του συσκευασία.
- Разходите за връщане (обратното изпращане) са за сметка на клиента, освен при дефектен артикул или грешка от наша страна, които поемаме ние.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original delivery charges are refunded for a full-order return made within the 14-day withdrawal period.
